Reflecting on a busy and brilliant 2025

As we creep towards the end of the year, we’ve taken a moment to look back on another exciting and productive year for the See Media team.

As we creep towards the end of the year (some of us are trying not to mention the C word just yet!), we’ve taken a moment to look back on another exciting and productive year for the See Media team.

Building on strong foundations

See Media visual round up for 2025. Lots of photos of members of the team at events as well as candid shots of homes and people.

Some of our 2025 successes have come from long-standing relationships.

We were delighted to continue our work with Leeds Federated HA, to support with the Sugar Hill/Colliers Park project – a development that’s making a real difference to its community and won the Best Crisis Communications or Response Campaign at the UK Agency Awards in the Autumn.

Our collaboration with Stonewater continued through the fourth iteration of its Blunden Prize, a competition for public art across the provider’s new housing developments. We also completed series 5 and launched series 6 of its podcast, ‘On The Air’, which brings together leading voices from across the housing sector to discuss all the key issues of the moment.

Meanwhile, we continued to support specialist provider, Advance, with its PR and communications, including writing the winning entry for Chief Executive, Julie Layton, for the ‘Independent woman of the year’ award at the Inside Housing Women in Housing awards.

Alongside our traditional PR and comms work, we also delivered digital and editorial support for several other valued long-term clients, from optimising websites, managing corporate publications and delivering crisis, tone of voice and media spokesperson training.

Welcoming new faces

Our new business wins this year have come through a mix of referrals and tender processes, evidence of the trust and reputation we’ve built in (and now beyond) the housing sector.

We have partnered with ACRE to increase the profile of its Rural Housing Enablers programme, to use their unique skills in community engagement, local planning policy and brokering relationships between stakeholders to bring about much-needed affordable housing schemes in rural areas.

Orbit came on board for marketing support for a series of resident events and we’re helping both Local Space and Moat Housing Association prepare to celebrate their respective milestone anniversaries in 2026. Our resident engagement expertise has also helped Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust ensure residents felt fully supported and part of the conversation during a key service change.

Other new clients include FuturebuildSouthway Housing Trust and Selwood Housing. We’re also supporting Fuza, The Housing Network and Inspire New Homes with PR and comms activity designed to raise their profile and connect with key audiences.

Diving into new waters (literally!)

We’ve recently welcomed a unique client from outside the housing sector. Seahorse Amphibious Vehicles appointed us to deliver PR support around several exciting announcements – including its recent partnership with Big Bus Tours for an exclusive land and water tour through Central London, showcasing its all-electric amphibious vehicle.

Looking ahead

It’s been a busy year and one we’re immensely proud of. Each new partnership has allowed us to tell powerful stories, amplify important voices, upskill internal teams and keep learning along the way.

As we move closer to 2026, we’re excited by the projects ahead and are as passionate as ever about helping our clients make an impact.

(And yes, we promise we’ll say the “C” word very soon)
