Helping make a positive difference

Our work at See Media is all about helping our clients create thriving places where people are proud to live. As part of this, our team believes we have a responsibility to support our charity partners to give back to communities.

We help make a positive difference in communities in a range of ways which benefit people for the long term.

See Media Team

We focus on:

Homelessness

Education and employment

Economic inequality

Health, wellbeing and the environment

Paid volunteering

Each team member has two full paid days each year to volunteer for a charity of their choice. This allows us to volunteer time to support organisations such as World Habitat, city host Coventry and the CIPR.

Building on our ongoing commitment to supporting impactful causes, we’ll be fundraising for Helping Homeless Veterans UK throughout 2026 to help make a meaningful difference for veterans experiencing homelessness.

Helping Homeless Veterans UK (HHVUK) describes itself as small but mighty. It is a volunteer-run charity dedicated to ensuring that no veteran is left without a safe place to call home.

As part of our efforts, team members will be taking part in the charity’s annual Severn Bridge fundraising walk in March – a fantastic opportunity to get active together while raising awareness and funds for HHVUK’s vital work.

Keep an eye on our LinkedIn page and register to receive our newsletter, The House Blend, throughout the year.

If you would like to support our fundraising, our JustGiving page can be found here.

See Media has once again pledged its support to a chosen charity for the year, choosing the Buddy Bag Foundation to raise funds and awareness for in 2025.

The charity was set up by Karen Williams OBE following inspiration from a similar scheme she read about on a trip to Australia. On her return to the UK, she established The Buddy Bag Foundation to support children escaping violence and entering emergency care. The team will be sharing fundraising activities and opportunities to donate on LinkedIn and in our newsletter, The House Blend, throughout the year.

This year we have chosen to support Leeds-based charity Zarach. Our team initially set a target of £500 but we smashed this and so have raised it to £1,500!

Zarach’s aim is to deliver beds, food and basics to children in poverty, to help families in crisis rise up from just surviving, to thriving; so children can ‘Eat, Sleep and Learn’’. Partnering with schools and supporting families, to make every house a home by giving ‘Every Head a Bed’. To read more and donate directly to this very heartfelt charity please visit Zarach for more information or go to our Just Giving page.

  • Our Charity of the year was Revitalise. Our aim was to raise £1000…well……as a team we ran, swam, baked and auctioned our way through the year! We smashed our target, and after adding our matched funding, raised in excess of £1700 for Revitalise!
  • Save The Children – Our annual Christmas jumper day appeal, this was 100% match-funded by the UK government and we raised £60 at our virtual team Christmas party!

See Media raised, donated and match-funded: £1,387. Most importantly we had fun along the way!

  • Save The Children – Christmas jumper day appeal, this was 100% match-funded by the UK government.
  • St Basil’s – Joined forces to end youth homelessness and raise awareness with website account takeover in November.
  • Homeful – We supported the campaign by the President of the Chartered Institute of Housing to help end youth homelessness by doing 22 different activities in 22 days!
