Based in the West Midlands, Michelle is passionate about using creative strategic solutions to put people at the heart of communications and thrives on delivering campaigns that make a real difference to people’s lives.
With 10 years’ experience as a senior regional journalist under her belt, Michelle spent a further decade working as part of the senior leadership team at a leading Midlands communications consultancy specialising in working with social housing providers, schools and charities before joining a national children’s disability charity to head up its PR team.
Committed to helping organisations put the customer at the heart of all they do, Michelle ensures that the right messages reach the right audiences, aligning with overarching corporate objectives every time.
The best adventure I ever had?
I love to travel and 10 years ago found myself signing up for a social housing client’s fundraising challenge to climb Mt Kilimanjaro to raise money for international housing charity REALL. I am still in touch with people I met on that trip today and it is a week I will always look back on fondly. It proved you really can climb the highest mountain if you put your mind to it! These days, our travel adventures have three children and a dog in tow and I have developed a real love for holidaying in the UK and adventuring on our doorstep. There really is no place like home.
