See Media has chosen Helping Homeless Veterans UK as our charity partner for 2026.
Building on our ongoing commitment to supporting impactful causes, we’ll be fundraising throughout the year to help make a meaningful difference for veterans experiencing homelessness.
Helping Homeless Veterans UK (HHVUK) describes itself as small but mighty. It is a volunteer-run charity dedicated to ensuring that no veteran is left without a safe place to call home.
Since becoming a registered charity in 2019, the charity has worked directly with local authorities and supporters to secure accommodation and practical support for veterans in crisis, working on projects to provide safe, supportive places for veterans to rebuild their lives as they transition toward permanent homes.
As part of our efforts, team members will be taking part in the charity’s annual Severn Bridge fundraising walk in March – a fantastic opportunity to get active together while raising awareness and funds for HHVUK’s vital work.
In addition to fundraising activities, See Media will be providing PR and communications support to HHVUK throughout the year, just as we did in 2025 for the Buddy Bag Foundation.
Bringing first-hand experience of PR in the veterans’ housing space from our work with Stonewater on the award-winning Tackling Veteran Homelessness campaign, we’re well placed to support veteran homelessness. In this project, we helped raise awareness of an innovative community self-build scheme that supported veterans into secure homes and encouraged other housing providers to adopt similar approaches – generating local and national print and broadcast coverage, including Sky News, as well as strong social media engagement.
We’re looking forward to working with Helping Homeless Veterans in 2026 with a year of teamwork, challenges and giving back, using our housing knowledge and PR expertise to support another small but hugely valuable organisation changing lives.
