This project was delivered in partnership with consultancy Campbell Tickell. It comprised two stakeholder surveys, conducted two years apart (2014 and 2016), in order to gauge the impact of the measures implemented following the first survey. See Media worked closely to design the 21-question questionnaire, and updated it in 2016. We conducted a series of around 10 in-depth phone interviews and then drafted and finalised a 66-page client report and recommendations.
One of our strategic objectives is to raise Wandle’s profile and reputation with our key stakeholders. Stuart and Campbell Tickell supported us in carrying out a survey in 2014 and a follow up one in 2016, resulting in some rich data and information that is helping us shape our future plans. We have been able to focus on what can make a real difference.
