About the project

‘Listen 2 You’ was a campaign devised by See Media, working with North Hertfordshire Homes. The aim was to engage with tenants to help inform NHH’s strategic development work and this was successfully achieved. Listen 2 You followed on from a separate piece of engagement work by NHH called Talk 2 Us, which was conceived and delivered prior to See media’s involvement with NHH. The brand for Listen 2 You was developed in response to this earlier work in order to maintain a consistent approach. See Media designed a communications plan for Listen 2 You that included the following elements:  

  • Devising and honing a six-question questionnaire to be distributed to tenants in print and digital form
  • Identifying and working with a tenant champion who closely monitored our work and promoted the survey to her peers
  • Support for contact centre workers and face-to–face operatives to ensure they encouraged tenant to complete the short survey, where appropriate analysis of the findings and inclusion in a plan for the next steps of the development of NHH’s new strategy
