‘Listen 2 You’ was a campaign devised by See Media, working with North Hertfordshire Homes. The aim was to engage with tenants to help inform NHH’s strategic development work and this was successfully achieved. Listen 2 You followed on from a separate piece of engagement work by NHH called Talk 2 Us, which was conceived and delivered prior to See media’s involvement with NHH. The brand for Listen 2 You was developed in response to this earlier work in order to maintain a consistent approach. At NHH we understand the value of knowing our customers. To augment the quantative work we completed on customer segments we wanted some qualitative data from a meaningful number of those customers. Working with See Media on our ‘Listen 2 You’ project we were able to get the views of over 1,500 customers providing invaluable feedback on what they feel is important and what they feel should be important to us, their landlord. See Media helped shaped our thinking, deliver the project and analyse the results.
