In 2014, HouseMark embarked on a period of reinvention to ensure its business meets the changing needs of its UK-wide client base of social landlords. As part of this process it launched its Business Connect initiative. This is a series of events where HouseMark arranges for its members to visit some of the UKǯs leading businesses in other sectors, to explore how they remain at the cutting edge of their worlds. See Media worked with HouseMark to design and produce a high-end brochure outlining the experience and key points from a visit to John Lewis’ flagship store in Stratford, east London. This brochure forms the template for all future Business Connect publications.
