We came up with the idea for the ’12 repairs of Christmas’ campaign when discussing with Osborne how it could continue to keep its social media feeds lively and different in the countdown to Christmas. The campaign consisted of 12 separate articles on helping tenants and social landlords prepare for the coming winter months. These short articles had an important message, but were written in a light-hearted tone. They were hosted on the Osborne website and each linked to by a Tweet, with the content provided by See Media. The campaign culminated on Christmas Eve and was very popular among stakeholders and key clients, with a number re-Tweeting the posts.
